By creating an account, installing the extension, or otherwise using Applyr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Applyr.
2. What Applyr Does
Applyr is an automated tool that helps you detect, fill, and submit job applications across supported platforms, and track your applications. Applyr acts on your behalf and at your direction. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it is accurate.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Applyr to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application information.
- Violate the terms of service of job boards or employer sites.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Apply on behalf of anyone other than yourself without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
Applyr applies rate limits and other safeguards, but you remain responsible for using the service in line with the policies of the sites you apply on.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the profile, résumé, and application content you provide. You grant Applyr a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service, including tailoring, filling, and submitting applications on your instruction.
6. Third-Party Services
Applyr interacts with third-party platforms (such as job boards and, optionally, Google services). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and Applyr is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Plans and Payment
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, limits, and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Applyr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that every application will be submitted successfully. Automated form filling may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, and you are responsible for reviewing submissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Applyr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
